These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the moving and relocation services provided by Kaak Movers Ghana. By requesting an estimate, booking a move or using this website, you accept these terms. If any detail of your booking conflicts with these terms, the written booking confirmation prevails.
Prices generated by our online estimate tool are indicative price ranges only, based on the information you provide. They are not binding offers. A final, binding quotation is issued after we inspect the property or confirm the full inventory with you. Factors such as access restrictions, stairs, distance from parking to entrance and additional items not declared in the estimate may change the final price.
A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and you pay the commitment fee stated in your quotation. You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed moving time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move may forfeit the commitment fee to cover crew and vehicle scheduling costs.
You are responsible for declaring all items to be moved, informing us of access conditions at both properties, arranging parking where required and ensuring valuables such as cash, jewellery and documents are transported personally. Items packed by the customer travel at the customer's risk unless our crew verified the packing.
We handle every item with professional care. Where loss or damage is caused by our negligence, we will repair, replace or fairly compensate the item after a joint assessment, provided the damage is reported before the crew leaves the delivery site or within 24 hours with supporting evidence. We are not liable for deterioration of perishable goods, data loss from electronic devices or delays caused by events outside our control such as road closures or extreme weather.
We accept mobile money, bank transfer and cash. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance of the quotation is payable on completion of the move, before the crew departs. Storage services, where requested, are billed monthly in advance.
